"Tracking felt unclear"
My order did get here eventually, but the tracking was kind of frustrating. It sat with no updates for a few days, and it felt like I was just being left in the dark while waiting for my photo cards. Then out of nowhere it suddenly said the package was almost here. Everything was fine once it arrived, but I really wish the tracking had been clearer or updated more often.

My order had an issue, so I reached out about returning it. Customer service did get back to me, but the refund process felt slow?! I had to follow up to get things moving, which was a little frustrating. I did get my money back in the end, I just wish the whole thing had been smoother.

"So Many Nice Card Options"
I was surprised by how many card designs they had. It took me a little while to pick one, but that’s kind of a good problem to have. I usually figure if a place puts that much effort into the options, the rest of the experience is probably solid too. Overall, I’m happy with it

I ordered a few photo prints and, they came out better than I expected. The colors were really close to my original files, and the details still looked sharp. They showed up fast too. I know people can be picky about print quality, but I really don’t have anything bad to say about these.

I was really disappointed when the cards arrived bent. They were sent in such a thin envelope that it felt like no one bothered to handle or package them with any care. A sturdier mailer would’ve made a big difference.

Cards came out fine and the site was easy enough to use, but didn’t really feel like the price matched what I got. Shipping and little extras added up fast, and the discounts felt more like they brought it back to normal price than gave me an actual deal. Quality was okay, just not something I’d pay that much for again...

I was able to get my order changed in the end, but it definitely wasn’t as easy as I hoped. I had to sit in the queue for quite a while, which got frustrating. The staff did help once I finally got through, so I appreciate that, but the waiting part really dragged it down for me.

I loved how many options there were for changing the colors and pictures. Mine turned out exactly how I wanted, so I feel like if they can get one custom order this right, they probably do a great job with personalization in general

I’d been meaning to make some photo cards for a while and finally sat down to do it one evening, expecting it to take longer than it did. I spent a little time picking out the photos first, and once I got on the site, it was easy to figure out where everything was. Uploading the pictures went smoothly, which was a relief, and I liked that I could tweak things without having to start all over again. By the time I got to checkout, it was all straightforward. Nothing really gave me trouble, so overall it was a simple, hassle-free experience

I’m particular about how printed stuff turns out, especially when the online proof looks good. In this case, the proof seemed totally fine, but the final order didn’t match it. Some of the text was shifted, and one of the photos looked like it had been cropped incorrectly. If the proof had shown that accurately, I would’ve fixed it before ordering. Just a frustrating experience overall, and I don’t think I’d order again...

The cards were mailed out quickly and arrived looking nice, so that part was really smooth. I didn’t have any issues with the mailing itself. The only thing is, when I had a question, I kind of felt dismissed, like it wasn’t really worth their time to explain much.

The order itself was fine, but the billing was totally off. I ended up getting charged more than what I saw at checkout, which threw off my plans for the day because I had to stop and email support to figure out what happened. They fixed part of it, but it was still a hassle. I just wish the price had been clear from the start so I didn’t have to deal with all that.

Ordered a few photo cards and the print quality was kind of hit or miss. Some turned out nice, but a couple were darker than expected and not as sharp as the original photos. Paper felt decent, though. Not terrible, just expected the colors to look a little better. Probably fine for simple photo cards.

The photo quality turned out nice and the colors were actually close to what I uploaded, which I was happy about. The paper felt decent too, not flimsy or cheap. One corner did show up a little bent, but it wasn’t bad enough for me to bother reaching out, especially since I don’t really trust customer service to make things less annoying. Overall I’m happy with it, just wouldn’t call it perfect...
